Community at Boise High

When I think of our Boise High Launch Pad I think of family. One of our family members, Sam Cordum, accepted Christ this year at summer camp. When she came home she immediately changed her schedule to include Launch Pad. When I asked her why Launch Pad was so important to her she said, "It is an amazing opportunity to deepen my understanding of God's Word and to have a much needed 'break' in the middle of the day where it is ok to be a believer. The opportunity of Launch Pad offers so much more than a chance to gain understanding of our faith." While that is extremely important, it pales in comparison to the community that is created between all who participate. A community that lifts each other up in prayer, a community that encourages each other through the tough times faced during the year, and a community that understands the importance of always having each others back! Just to be a part of Launch Pad is an amazing blessing!
